Vending Information

Ft Worth Feline Fanciers invites you to vended our show on June 14, 2008 at the Will Rogers Memorial Complex, Amon Carter Exhibits Building, Central Texas Room,3401 W. Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worth Texas.

Vending Information and rules:
  1. The show hours will run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday June 14, 2008. Setup for booths will be from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm on Friday June 3,2008 and from 7:00am to 8:00am on Saturday June 14,2008.
  2. Basic Booth Space: Basic booth space is approximately 10' wide by 10' deep and includes one(1) 8'table and two(2) chairs.
  3. Extra spaces, tables, and chairs are available based on booth fees.
  4. Booths cannot be subdivided or leased out to another vendor or individual.
  5. Booth space and position will be assigned by Ft Worth Feline Fanciers cat club. All vendors will be required to abide by the club's placement of their booth. Change can only be made by Show Management, after talking to affected vendors.
  6. Ft Worth Feline Fanciers has the right to limit the number of vendors selling the same types of products.
  7. All booth spaces will be marked off by Ft Worth Feline Fanciers and vendors are required to stay within their assigned space. Any vendor not complying with the space requirement will be asked to stop selling and tear down the booth and leave the show.
  8. The vendor is responsible for providing insurance. Ft Worth Feline Fanciers cat club nor the Will Rogers Memorial Complex nor its employees shall be held liable for any reason of loss, damage, theft or injuries sustained by the vendor or their customers.
  9. The vendor may provide decorations or other supplies for their area at their own expense. The items must be in accordance with Will Rogers Memorial Complex, City of Fort Worth and TICA's Show rules and regulations, and are subject to Ft Worth Feline Fanciers approval. Rope lights, TV's, or open flames are not allowed.
  10. The vendor is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and city codes and regulations.
  11. The vendor or their representative will be present in the booth during the advertised show hours.
  12. The vendor will not block any walkway or fire lane with anything. Also no materials will be affixed or attached to the Complex walls or pillars.
  13. Vendors exhibiting cats may request that their cats be benched in their booth if there is sufficient table space available, double cages only. No cats will be allowed to be benched on booth floor.
  14. The vendor agrees to vacate their booth space and the show hall by 7:00pm on Saturday June 14, 2008. Any vendor not out of the show hall will be charged $25.00 per hour or fraction thereof until they are out of the show hall.

Payment Information

Payment for the vending booth must be submitted within ten days after submission. Any vending agreement received either by phone, fax, email, mail, or online are considered binding and must be paid for even if the vendor doesn't vend the show.

The club will not give refunds on vending space.
